The Script Styler Script
Editor is a component of the Script Styler Suite specifically designed for
writing movie scripts, television Series, or stage plays. It combines a powerful
set of tools to aid you in creating that perfect written work, with fewer
rewrites.
The Script
Document contains all the basic features you would expect in a word processor,
such as Cut, Copy, Paste commands, Spell Check, and Thesaurus, as well as
specific features to aid you in formatting your script to industry standards. |

Some of the features of the Script Styler Script Editor are listed below

Styles
- Automatic formatting of scripts via pre-defined script styles, as used in
other script writing packages. In addition to a pre-defined set of
available style's for Screenplays, Novels, TV Scripts, etc, you can also define
new ones.
Intuitive Import - Easily
import your existing scripts into the Script Styler Script Editor via the
powerful and intuitive Import feature - it will automatically format your file
to industry standards.
Dual Dialog Support
- Enable columnar audio/visual style writing at the click of a menu item.
Track Changes
- Need to track changes as they are being made? Turn on the ‘Track Changes’
features, to be visually reminded of any changes made to your script.
Document View
- View your document from a number of different perspectives, as well as the
ability to ‘Zoom’ into a particular part of a page as if you were using a
magnifying glass on the page.
Header/Footer Support
- Create Header’s and Footer’s for your document, with the addition of being
able to specify unique Header’s and Footer’s for the first page of your
document.
Vocal
Playback - Too
tired to read the script? Why not use the Vocal Playback feature to listen to
you script being played back to you. In addition to the playback feature, you
can also record the audio to file, and then play it back at a later time.
Export to File
- The Script Editor supports the exporting of file via a number of formats, such
as Text, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Rich Text Format (RTF).
Auto E-Mail
- With the simple click of a
menu item, you can get the current script you are working on E-Mailed out as an
Adobe Acrobat file through your favourite E-Mail client!
